Early morning game drive, come back for breakfast, we then proceed
with game drive until lunch. After lunch, we drive to Ngorongoro via
Oldupai Gorge.(Optional) The Oldupai Gorge provides evidence of the earliest
signs of mankind, where hominid footprints are preserved in volcanic
rock 3,600,000 years old. Ngorongoro Crater is the world largest
caldera measuring 600 meters in depth and covering 250 square
kilometers in area. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge.
After breakfast descend down the crater for full day tour. Ngorongoro
Crater is a spectacular setting and contains an abundance of wildlife
with over 20,000 large animals including Tanzania’s remaining black
rhino. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is unique in that it allows
over 40,000 Masaai pastoralists with their cattle goats and sheep to
live alongside the abundant wildlife in a natural setting.

Drive to Tarangire for game drive. Tarangire is famous for its huge
herds of elephant and baobab trees. Throughout the dry season, thirsty
antelope and elephant trek hundreds of kilometres to drink at the
Tarangire River. After Tarangire we head back to KIA/Arusha for a the connecting flight
